Curly Finance is a business finance and operations platform used by authorized company users to view dashboards, manage payments, review income, upload invoice attachments, and receive operational notifications.

- Account information such as username, role, assigned safe, and business access permissions.
- Operational finance records such as income, payments, branch end-of-day records, notes, and invoice references.
- Invoice attachments uploaded by users, including photos or files selected from the device.
- Device push notification tokens used to deliver business notifications to authorized users.
- Company/server configuration saved on the device so users can connect to the correct company workspace.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Authenticate users and provide role-based access to company data.
- Show business dashboards, income, payment, and operational records.
- Upload and store invoice files connected to payment records.
- Send and receive operational notifications.
- Maintain security, auditability, and reliability of the platform.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Business data is available only to authorized users within the company workspace according to their assigned roles and permissions. We may use infrastructure providers, hosting providers, and notification services only as needed to operate the app and deliver the service.
Invoice Photos and Files
The app lets users take a photo or choose a file to attach an invoice to a payment. These files are uploaded to the connected company server and are used only for business recordkeeping and review.
Push Notifications
If notifications are enabled, the app stores a device push token so the company workspace can send operational alerts. Users can disable notifications in their device settings at any time.
Data Retention
Business records and invoice attachments are retained according to the company workspace's accounting, operational, and legal requirements. Device tokens may be removed when a user signs out or when a token is no longer active.
Security
Curly Finance uses authenticated API access and role-based permissions. Users should keep their login details confidential and immediately report unauthorized access concerns to their company administrator.
Children's Privacy
Curly Finance is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
